Track F1 display
A celebration of Britain’s most charismatic sportscar marque and its illustrious heritage spanning over 60 years. From coveted cars to Formula 1 glories, Norfolk’s famous brand will be on display. Trade stands and club displays presenting the very best from the iconic brand makes this a day to remember on a track that has provided many of the marque’s most glittering moments.
2017 will see the 11th Lotus Festival, and the 8th at Brands Hatch; It will take place on Sat 2nd September and is organised by The Lotus Forums.
One of the finest sounding F1 cars to grace the scene will be joining us along with a selection of other historic racers for the on track display at lunchtime. The Type 101 from 1989 is powered by a Judd V8 producing 610bhp in a 500kg car and owner Steve Griffiths has travelled the world with the car taking part in demonstrations and events. This is how good it sounds!
Lotus Cars will be bringing a selection of vehicles to exhibit during the event.
In addition to Lotus Cars, the various Lotus dealers exhibiting at the Festival will also be bringing examples from the current Lotus range.
